Done in a Day Instructions:
With our Done in a Day Guardianship Plan, you'll be able to quickly secure the well-being of your children by providing clear guardianship instructions. While the promotion highlights the "done in a day" aspect, you acknowledge and fully understand that the process requires some time beyond one day for completion. Here's how it works:
-
Complete the guardianship form provided, including all necessary information about guardians, children, and any specific preferences you may have.
-
We highly recommend waiting until after our exclusive live webinar to submit your form. This will give you the opportunity to learn more about the process, ask questions, and make sure you've thoroughly considered all your options before finalizing your decisions.
-
Once you've attended the webinar and feel confident in your choices, submit your completed form to us. It is important to note that you do not have to wait until the webinar to submit your information form.
-
Within one business day of receiving your information form, our software will generate your guardianship documents based on the information you provided. Please note that you are responsible for verifying all information provided to you is accurate.
-
We'll send you the completed documents for you to execute (notary, witnesses or both) pursuant to your own State laws. Execution of these documents is the sole responsibility of the participant.

By following these steps, you'll be on your way to providing the moms in your life with the peace of mind they deserve, knowing their children are protected. While the "done in a day" aspect of this promotion is enticing, we want to ensure you take the necessary time to make the best decisions for your family.
